Robert Rozbicki

Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney and professional representative before the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM).

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. He completed the attorney apprenticeship organized by the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, and Postgraduate Studies in Industrial Property Law at the Institute of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University.
He has gained professional experience since 2002 at a patent office in Warsaw. For several years he was also employed by the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, Sixth Case Law Division, having jurisdiction in matters of industrial property. In the years 2009-2010 he was a patent attorney at one of Warsaw’s law and patent offices. Currently, he is the owner of the NOVELPAT Law and Patent Office.
He provides services, covering, among other things, trademarks, industrial designs, inventions, utility models, prevention of unfair competition and copyright protection. In addition, he provides a full range of so-called business support services in matters of industrial and intellectual property. He represents his clients before, among others, the Patent Office of Republic of Poland, European Patent Office (EPO), Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM), administrative and common courts, law enforcement agencies, and customs offices.
He specializes in litigation and proceedings on violations and reporting, pending before the Patent Office of Republic of Poland and the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM). He is a specialist in administrative court proceedings (before the Regional Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court).
As an active member of the professional self-government, he serves as a judge of the Disciplinary Court at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Furthermore, he is a member of Legislative Committee at the National Board of Patent Attorneys.
