IC topographies

An IC topography is the solution involving spatial arrangement, expressed in any manner, of the elements, of which at least one is an active element, and all or part of integrated circuit connections.

An integrated circuit is understood as a single- or multilayer spatial product, composed of elements of semiconducting material forming a continuous layer, their mutual interconnections and insulating spaces, inseparably interconnected, intended to perform electronic functions.
